Fiberglass sucker rods also reduce workover costs and failures due to less stress on equipment.
Our FSRs come in 3/4", 7/8", 1", and 1 1/4" sizes in 37.5-foot lengths. Full-length ranges of fiberglass pony rods are also available to properly space out the well.

We use Quench and Temper as our main heat treatment process method for our rods, producing a stronger rod that requires less carbon and alloys than those that undergo the Normalize and Temper process. With the Quench and Temper process, our manufacturers take samples during the process of a batch and have the ability to alter the formula to obtain desired results. We continually perform reliability tests such as upset tensile and Charpy impact testing each and every time a batch is run through the furnace to ensure a quality product.
