John Crane Production Solutions markets a complete line of API 11AX compliant and non-API sucker rod pumps to solve issues with sand, iron, sulfide, scale, gas, CO2, high temperature, heavy loading, and problem wells. These pumps range from 1-1/16" bore slimhole applications up to 4-3/4" casing pumps with lengths of 6' to 40' for extended length pumping unit applications. We also offer a wide selection of pump component metallurgies including steel, brass, stainless steel, and monel where well fluids dictate the maximum in corrosive resistance. Our barrel tubes are available in steel, heat-treated steel, nickel carbide coated steel, brass, brass chrome plated, nickel carbide coated brass, and monel. Our plungers come in normal spraymetal with steel or monel pins, or we can also offer a comprehensive line of soft packed composition, flexite, or pressure-actuated plungers. Balls and seats components are available in stainless steel, cobalt alloy, tungsten carbide, nickel carbide, ceramic, and silicon nitride. In addition, our 4-piece insert guided cage with cobalt alloy insert has solved many problems associated with valve and cage failures extending the life of sucker rod pumps worldwide.
